Albany Foam and Supply, Inc. is a family owned business, which employs more than fifty people to provide you with quick and efficient service. Our factory and warehouse have more than 65,000 square feet of space for your convenience. We have been supplying professional upholsterers with quality products since 1927. Albany Foam and Supply, Inc. is more than an upholstery supplier, we also offer contract sewing, foam fabricating for furniture and bedding, packaging, and we manufacture pillows and mattresses. Our customer service representatives are trained professionals to give you the information you need.
Custom Cushion Department
Our cushions are constructed using a high-grade230-thread count down-proof ticking. All fabric panelsin the cushion are the same hi-grade ticking. We do notuse lesser grade fabrics on the parts that go unseen. Thedown & feather fill is completely contained in a tickingenvelope that is baffled to keep the fill from shifting. The inner cores are protected from the down & feather fill and can be changed without disturbing the fill. All seams are turned in for a smooth finish. Choose a foam core, spring core or all down & feather.

Foam Fabrication
SPECIAL CUT FOAM ORDERS. Do you have a large commercial chair job of a hundred pads or more? SAVE TIME AND MONEY! Let us cut them for you. We can cut most shapes. Send us a template/paper pattern or vinyl etc. NO WASTE – NO SCRAP. We have the capability to custom cut all of your contract orders. Also, we can cut special wedge and bullnose cushions. Delivery Area
UPS freight charges will be added to order total. On UPS orders of $250.00 or more, to areas not covered by our company trucks in UPS zones 2 and 3, Albany Foam & Supply will cover ½ of the cost of UPS freight. There are exceptions on some large items, call for details.
